• MultiMaster's memory intercept used to intercept all launches, checking for memory available and alerting the user if sufficient memory was not available. Now, it only intercepts those launches that MultiMaster caused. Also, the low-memory alert now functions as expected.
• MultiMaster now switches sound and color depth immediately before launching an application, rather than after, so certain games and color apps no longer complain about being in the wrong configuration.
• MultiMaster now allows you to add the Finder to the launch list, which allows you to set default color and sound levels. As a side benefit, this allows you to start up with color icons and startup screens, and then switch back to black and white once startup is over.
• MultiMaster now tells DiskDoubler to recompress any application or document which had to be uncompressed in order to launch.
• MultiMaster now handles aliases much more intelligently in the configure list and launch dialogs.
• MultiMaster is now compatible with MultiFinder 6.1b9, the “set aside” MultiFinder.
• MultiMaster's check for DiskDoubler no longer causes the clipboard to stop working when another INIT throws up a dialog at boot time.
• MultiMaster's memory view display now looks better when ATM is running.
• MultiMaster's configure dialog now flickers a lot less.
• MultiMaster now beeps if there is not enough memory to display one of its dialogs.
• MultiMaster's configure list dialog is now somewhat smaller, for classic Mac models.
• MultiMaster will now respond if it cannot find an application, rather than inexplicably failing. In addition, it is now able to find applications even if they have been renamed and/or moved on the same hard drive.
